    A bed in a bag set includes sheet, pillow cases, a comforter, shams, and skirts for adult beds. Bed sets for the baby are the same.     Bathing your baby: Until your baby’s umbilical cord falls off one to two weeks after their birth, only give sponge baths. After the stump falls off, you can give him a bath in a sink or shallow tub.

    The first 0-12 weeks of a woman’s pregnancy is called the first trimester. It is during this period that a woman’s body experiences drastic changes. To help you cope with it here are a list of the most common changes and discomforts and how to effectively deal with them.

    Morning sickness and Nausea

Exercise should last no more than thirty minutes and should be done several days each week. Exercising has been proven to help pregnant women feel and look better, and also helps to minimize the amount of weight gained during pregnancy.

    Keeping fit during pregnancy can help prevent or avoid problems such as gestational diabetes, a common form of diabetes that sometimes develops during pregnancy.
